So the you know the three things that that it's really solved for us. The most important that stands out to me right now is the audit files. It was always a problem maintaining the documents in these files on all the various sites that we had. That was a nightmare. The control that we that we lost with that, was always an issue for us. So, the online order file has saved that. It's easy, you know, 11 uploaded documents, goes to all our files. Easy, painless. That has helped us keep our clients happy and get through audits. So that's the one thing that was sold. The other thing was we were running on excel sheets and things like that to maintain our client database. There was a previous system that we used as well that had a client based on, but it wasn't really user friendly and etcetera. So in terms of a CRM, the client management system, this has really worked very, very well. We've got all our clients on one database. We can now mass mail them. We can mail. You know, there's various options of making contact, which is impossible for an Excel sheet or any other format. So that has worked well for us as well, and helped us keep track of our clients, keep communication with our clients and has up to control, which obviously leads to bottom line increases. Another thing that assault would be maybe you know, just the integration with Sage, I found, was quite a nice benefit. The fact that we can invoice, Audit Files and Reports, all on one platform. Yet in the background, it talks to our accounting package and runs all that accounting stuff that needs to happen. So, I think those are the three things that stand out to me. That was really, great. All those things at your cost saving I mean if you talk about the audit files. We can control it from the office, and we have one or two people going out to site to manage our sites. If I didn't have that, I would have to have probably two or three more people employed just to handle that workload. Plus, all the fuel spent, and paper spent that tends to go, to the site, is a major expense and pain and an issue that was taken away from us and that has really pushed up our cost saving. Our paper and ink and printing costs are all down, so that's great. The last thing that stands out is growth. We could open another branch. We took over Pietermaritzburg because I can now work remotely. I can, immediately see what's problematic. I can roll down if I must, all remotely so, it gives me the power to be able to run two branches where in the past that would not have been possible. It allowed us to grow, in terms of people. Many clients liked the system felt like they are in the control. We've taken over clients from other pest control companies that already had an online system, but they felt that the teams weren't doing the right service. This, Briskflow system has given us a sort of a transparent system that the clients can see what it says, what the issues are, and they understand why they're paying for what they're paying for. And that was a major benefit in getting numerous clients on board.
Um, there's also the fact that we can now pass. Or it's quite easy, as brought in a few more clients, so between more clients and be able to open another branch. And even during lockdown, we were able to work remotely, which gave us a very nice additional option as the circumstances change, so it enables us to operate. It's given us the ability to move around, be flexible, adaptable and move with the times and offer a better thing to our clients.
